De-identified / Aggregated Data
We may anonymize or aggregate data and use it for analytics and service improvement. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data unless required by law.
4. AI Training and Model Improvement Choices
Because Darius may route your content to third-party AI models, those providers may process your content under their own terms.
Separately, Tranquil may use certain Content to improve Darius (for example: to improve routing, safety filters, and overall performance), subject to your settings.
Where available, you may be able to:
- Disable use of your conversations for internal improvement,
- Delete conversations and account data,
- Use “temporary” or “incognito” modes (if enabled in the product).
5. How We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data in the following circumstances:
A. Vendors and Service Providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate Darius, such as:
- Cloud hosting and storage,
- Content delivery networks,
- Analytics providers,
- Customer support tools,
- Email delivery services,
- Payment processors,
- Security and fraud prevention providers.
They process personal data only to perform services for us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
B. Third-Party AI Providers (Core to Darius)
When you use Darius, your Input (and sometimes recent conversation context) may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate Output. These providers may process your data under their own privacy policies and terms.
C. Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
D. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose personal data if we believe it is necessary to:

Note on AI Outputs and Corrections
AI-generated outputs may include inaccuracies. If you believe Darius has produced output containing personal data about you that you want corrected or removed, contact us and we will review the request subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.
8. International Data Transfers
We may process and store personal data in multiple countries where we or our service providers operate. When transferring personal data internationally (including from the EEA/UK/Switzerland), we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms where required (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Children
Darius is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and using the Services responsibly.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that would be considered “selling” under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
